A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF TME CITY OF ~

EXT~SION AND ~ S~OORITY FOR ~ACT 12832 DAY
WH~5~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho (~ has f~r its
consideration an Impk-ovement Agreement Extension executed on August 7, 1991 by
The William Lyon Ccml0any as developer, f~r the i~ of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally locabed on proposed Day Creek Boulevard between Highland Avenue and
Victoria Park Lane; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
Improvement A~x~m~_nt and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12832 Day Creek Boulevard; and
WH~EAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient I~ Security, which is identified
in said ~t A~reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~3reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement A~3reement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamorzja, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
