A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF ~
~3~%~qC~%, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE ANNEXATION OF
IANDSCAPE AREAS TO THE W[~K PROGRAM OF IANDSCAPE
MAINT~AN~DI~~. 3 AND 4 FOR CUP 88-12
WHEREAS, the City O~cil of the City of Rancho Cuca~ has
previously formed a special maintenance district pursuant to the terms of the
"Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", being Divisic~ 15, Part 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said special maintenance
district known and designated as T andscape Ma~ District No~. 3 and 4
(hereinafter referred to as the '~4aintenance District"); and
WHEREAS, at this time the City Council is desiz-ous to order the
annexation of landscape areas to the w~rk program of the Maintenance District
as shown on Exhibit "A" and described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as folly:
S~CTION 1: Tnat the above recitals are all true and correct.
S~CTION 2: ~hat this legislative body hereby orders the annexation
of the lar~.~pe areas to the work program of said Maintenance District as
shown on Exhibit "A" and described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
