A RESOIIJ~ION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
88-12
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuc~ has for its
consideration an Imp~ Agre~_nt executed on August 7, 1991, by Lewis
Homes as developer, for the installation of median isl~ landscape and
irrigation i~row~_nts located on Foothill Boulevard ~ Haven and
Orchard Avenues; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such im~, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~m:,~ssion, Development Review No. 88-12; and
WHf~EAS, said I~ Agre~m~zfc is secured and acccm~anied by
good and sufficient I~t Security, which is identified in said
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said I~vem~t Agreement and said ~ Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
