A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINGODOP~RATIVEAG~R~T
WITH SAN B~RNARDINO ~ FLOOD O2~I~OL DISTRICT FOR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Cooperative Agreement from tb~ San Bernardino County Flood
Control District for tb~ bridge crossings at Banyan and Church Streets over
Deer Creek Channel which is generally located east of Haven Avenue; and
~EAS, the construction of such i~, described in said
Cooperative A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, have been c~leted.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Coucnil of the City of Rancho Cuca~ does
hereby resolve that said Cooperative Agreement be hereby approved and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Cooperative Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
