A RESOL[]I~C~ OF THE CITY ~ OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
~, CA~-~NIA, ~IN~ RESOLUTI(IN NO. 91-194, TO
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ran~ Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 91-194 establ~ a C~reher~ive Fee Schedule; and
~{~EAS, current rates of user fees for recreation activities and
WHEREAS, the following groups are defined:
Group 1: city of Rancho Cucamonga ~ and co-spo~ed events;
other gover~aental agencies serving Rancho ~ residents; and
Group 2: City resident not-f~r profit, civic, athletic, social
organizati~ whose management is not paid and organizations sponsor-
ing a public forum or candidate's night; ar~
Group 3: City resident not-for-profit, civic, athletic, social
organizations who has paid management; ar~
Group 4: City resid_ent private party activity, City resident
employee organizations, City resi__~ent political candidate use for
fund raisers; City resident college ox~anizations and c~tu~dttees;
Group 5: City resident c~,,~=_rcial, business, profit-making and
religious organizations, non-resident not-for-profit, civic and
c~ittees, no~-resident private party activity, non-resident
employee associations; and
Group 6: Non-resident c~m~ercial, business, profit-making and
religious organizations.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:

The large arena will reoover electrical cost via direct billing for actual
use.
