A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C~, CATIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG THE PUBLIC IMPROV~I~gTS
FOR TRACT 13662 AND AUTHORIZING THE F/T,TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13662 have
been c~mpleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTfD this 17th day of July, 1991·
