OF SAN BERNARDINO ON OCIDBER 3, 1988 AND TRANSFERRfD TO
THE CITY OF RAN(]{O C/3C_AMONGA ON NOV~4BER 1, 1989
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on July 17, 1991, by Standard
Pacific, L.P. as developer, for the improv~t specifically described
therein, and generally located north of 24th Street and east of Wardman
Bullock Road; and release of previously suhnitted Improvement Agreement and
Securities accepted by the County of San Bernardino on October 3, 1988, frc~
Standard Pacific, L.P. and transferred to the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
November 1, 1989.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Securities
be and the same are hereby approved, release of previously sutanitted Improve-
ment Agreement and Improvement Securities accepted by the County of San
Bernardino on October 3, 1988, from Standard Pacific, L.P. and transferred to
the city of Rancho Cucamonga on November 1, 1989, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 17th day of
July, 1991.
