A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV~4K~T AG~~,
~ SECURITIES FOR AM~qDING TRACT NO. 10210 AND
PREVIOUSLY A~
WHEREAS, Tract No. 10210, located on the north side of Almond Avenue,
west of Sapphire Street was approved by City Council on September 4, 1985; and
WHEREAS, an Amending Map for Tract 10210 was approved by City Council
on October 18, 1989, due to lot line adjustment and special setback require-
WHEREAS, First Hotel Investment Corporation, a Delaware Corporation
has offered the Improvement Agreement su~tted herewith for approval and
execution by said city, together with good and sufficient Improvement
Securities. Said Improve~_nt Agreement and Improvement Securities replaces
Improvement Agreements and Improvement Securities accepted at the City Council
meetings of November 16, 1988, and October 18, 1989, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the city Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Securities are accepted as
good and sufficient, subject to approval as to form
and content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. ~nat the Improvement Agreements and Improvement
Securities for public improvements accepted at the
City Council meetings of November 16, 1988, and
Improvement Agreement and Improvement Securities for
und~ utilities acoepted at the City
Oouncil meeting of October 18, 1989, are hereby
released.
