A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCHO
O3CAMONC4%, CALIFORNIA, APPRDVING THE ~
INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
4TH STREET TO NORFH OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Haven Avenue
Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, said program requires an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Study has been prepared pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby approve the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a
Negative Declaration for the proposed Haven Avenue Rehabilitation Project.
SECTION 1: ~ne City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby approve the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a
Negative Declaration for the proposed Haven Avenue Rehabilitation Project.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Determina-
tion pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
