A RESOI//fION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~qSION AND ~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 13318
LANDSCAPE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement ~3reement Extension executed on July 3, 1991, by
Baayoun as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to
the real property specifically described therein, and generally located at the
southeast corner of Hermosa Avenue and Manzanita Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13318 Tandscape; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
