SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ha~
established re~]irements for construction of sidewalk and wheelchair ramp
i~provements in conjunction with the Sierra Madre Avenue-Ninth Street to 310
feet south of Chaffey Street Alley Project; and
WHEREAS, installation of a sidewalk and wheelchair ramp and other
related work, located along the western and northwestern portion of the Reese
parcel shall be made a part of the Sierra Madre Avenue-Ninth Street to 310
feet south of Chaffey Street Alley Project; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Reese has agreed to dedicate sidewalk and wheelchair
ramp easement to the City for said i~provements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
