A RESOLUZ~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 84-214 accepting a Real Property Improv~ Contract and Lien
Agreement fr~m Randolph and Sandy Davis; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official R~cords of San Bernardino County, California, on
August 14, 1984, 1984, as Document No. 84-192641; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Anjreement is no longer
requLred.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1991.
