A RESOLUTION OF ~7{E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR THE STO~4 DRAIN AND RDUGH GRADING OF M77.LrK~g PARK
AND AUTHORIZING THE F/I.TNG OF A NOTICE OF OZMPLErION FOR
WHfREAS, the construction of public im~ for the storm drain
and rough grading of Milliken Park have been completed to the satisfaction of
the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~,~letion with the County Recorder of
PASSfD, APPR0VfD, and ADOPI~D this 19th day of June, 1991.
