A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~SION AND I)~°~OV~14~T S~JRITY FOR PARCEL MAP 10185
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June 19, 1991, by
~ne William Lyon Company as developer, for the im~xovement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real propert7 specifically described therein, and
generally located on the southwest corner of Highland Avenue and Milliken
Avenue; and
WH~5~EAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 10185; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Impr~t Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agre~m~_nt Extension and said Lmprovement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
