A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~SIONAND ~MP~0V~M~T SECURITY FOR DR 87-48
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Impro~t Agreement Extension executed on June 19, 1991, by
Sebastiano Filpi as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on south side of 9th Street between Hellman Avenue and Archibald
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Lmprovement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR 87-48; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Imp~
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the May~r is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
