EXT~SION AND ~ S~3RITY FOR TRACT 13565

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, ba.~ for its oonsideration an ~0rovement A~3reement Extension
executed on June 19, 1991, by Star~a~d Pacific as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located northeast corner of Summit Avenue ar~
Wardman Bullock Road; and
WH~FAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13565 Streets and Tract 13565
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement ~3reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of
June, 1991.
