A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCF&)
E)fl~SION AND ]/4PROV~4~T S~%%~fY FOR TRACT 13281

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement A~reement Extension executed on June 19, 1991 by
~ne William Lyon Company as developer, for tb~ im~ of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located North West corner Base T.i~le Road and Rochester Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~mm~_nts, described in said
Imp ov~ment Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13281 ~pe; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, ~{EREPORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
