A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~CIL OF THE CITY OF RANC2ED

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June 19, 1991, by
~he William Lyon Cc~pany as developer, for the ~ of public right-of-
way adjaoent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the north side of Base Line Road between Milliken Avenue
and Rochester Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13280; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improve~_nt Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
