A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

EXT~SION AND IMP~)V~T SECURITY FOR TRACT 13279

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga baa for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June 3, 1991, by
The William Lyon Cc~y as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the south side of Highland Avenue between Milliken Avenue
and Rochester Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~ts, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13279; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accc~panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement ~3reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
