A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPRDVINGP~MAPNL~4BER 13825,

WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 13825, suhnitted by Lewis Develop-
ment Company, and consisting of 10 parcels located on the southeast corner of
Base T.4ne Road and Milliken Avenue, being a division of 13.9 acres of land in
the Neighborhood C~..,ercial Development District of the Terra Vista Planned
C~m~u~ity was approved by tb~ Planning O~m~.~ssion of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, on F~_h~,ary 13, 1991, and is in compliance with the State Subdivi-
sion Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 13825 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptm_ble Improvement
Security by Lewis Development Company as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer suhnits for approval said Parcel Map offering
for dedication, for street, highway and related highway purposes, the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said /m~rov~ment Agreement and said Improvement Security
suhnitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Impr~ Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for
dedication and the final map delineating the same for said Parcel Map No.
13825 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same
to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
