HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-160 - Resolutions RESOI/3TI(INNO. 91-160 A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF RANCHO CTk?AMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NL~qBER (T~PARCELMAPNO. 13707) WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 13707, su~tted by Michael Investment Con~oany, and consisting of 1 parcel, located at the northeast corner of Eighth Street and Baker Avenue was approved by the Planning C~,~ssion of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on Jar~y 23, 1991, and is in c~mpliance with the State Subdivision Map ~L~c and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 13707 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by approval of the C.C. & R. 's. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve that said Parcel Map No. 13707 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
