A RESOI//fION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
M~TS FOR THE ~ INTERCEPT CHANNEL AND AUI~ORIZING
THE F/I./NG OF A NOTICE OF (IIMPLEITON FOR THE WORK
WH~RFAS, the construction of storm drain improvements for the Almond
Intercept Channel have been completed to the satisfactic~ of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, TH~REPORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPRfYv~D, and ADOPI~D this 19th day of June, 1991.
