F~R PARCEL MAP 9498 HAV~q AV~qUE M~DIANS AND AUTHORIZING
THE ~,ING OF A NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 9498
Haven Avenue Medians have been c~,~leted to the satisfaction of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~mpletion is re~Hred to be filed, certifying
the work ommplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the city Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~01etion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1991.
