WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June 5, 1991, by
Reiter-Rinker Gateway/Haven Gateway Partners as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on 4th Street east of Haven Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 9498 4th Street Medians;
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient ~ement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~3reement Extension.
NOW, TH~JEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cu~ does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improv~t
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
