A RESOI33I~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~SIONAND IMPROV~M~T SECURITY FOR TRACT 13873
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension exeo_Wce~ on June 5, 1991, by
Atwood Victoria Joint Venture as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-w-ay adjacent to tb~ real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northwest corner of Victoria Park Lane and Atwood
Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13873; and
WHEREAS, said Inlorovement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
