A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXTENSION AND ~MP~OV~5~T S~RITY FOR TRACT 12870
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June 5, 1991, by
Daly Hc~es as developer, for the i~prowm~_nt of public right-of-way adjacent
to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on
the north side of Highland Avenue between Etiwanda Avenue and ~t Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to tb~ terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12870; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement ~jreement Extension is secured and
acc~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
