CARLA Bf2~fIVfX~A AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
TO SIGN 'THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on Fmhruary 21, 1979, to establish req,~irements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
WHEREAS, installation of missing off-site improvements adjacent to
the property to be developed est~_blished as a prerequisite to issuance of a
building permit for 7805 Sierra Vista has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improv~t Contract and Lien Agreement by Joe and Carla Bentivegna.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
