A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

~ SI~3DY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATMGO~ EXfMPTION FOR
THE PROPOSFO HAVf~ AVflgUE WESTSIDE P~Y BEAUTIFICATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamo~ has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Haven Avenue Beautifica-
tion Project; and
WHEREAS, said program requires an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Study has been prepared pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve and approve the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and
issuance of a Categorical Exemption for the proposed Haven Avenue Beautifica-
tion Project.
SECTION 1.: ~ne City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a
Categorical Exemption for the proposed Haven Avenue Beautification Project.
SfL~CION 2: ~ne City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
