A RESOLUi~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(/~O
~, CATIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AGR~
EXT~SIONAND ~DV~TS~ FOR TRACT 13270
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on May 15, 1991, by
Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the i~provement of public right-of-way adjacent
to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located at
the northwest corner of Milliken Avenue and Church Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such impr~ts, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13270; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improv~t Security, which is identified
in said Impr~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be 'and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said I~provement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
