A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~{O
CL~L~C~ZA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AGP~
EXT~qSION AND //~PROV~T S~'t~ql~f FOR TRACTS 12820 AND
13727
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga b~-~ for its
consideration an Improvement A~3reement Extension executed on May 15, 1991, by
Southland Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the southwest corner of Carnelian Street and Highland Avenue; and
WHerEAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develoF~ent of said Tracts 12820 and 13727; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
aocc~panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improv~m~_nt Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
