A RESOLTTI~ON OF THE CiTY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPI~NG THE PUBLIC ~
FOR 13304 AND AUTHORIZ//4G THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for 13304 have been
cc~ple~ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
T~{EREAS, a Notice of Ccmpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, TM~REFORE, the City Omm~cil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Ommpletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOPI~D this 15th day of May, 1991.
