A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (I~JNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
I~0V~]4~T St~'T~l~f, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13114
W/4t~LFAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13114, consisting of 21 lots,
suhnitted by Bayoun Corporation, Subdivider, located on the southeast corner
of Vineyard Avenue and Calle del Prado has been suhnitted to the City of
Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in
the Subdivision Map Act of tb~ State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
RR4EREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement sukmit~ herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient ~ement Security, and sukmtits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. ~nat said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
