A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPRDV/I~G ~RTMBL~S~
EX~C%3I~ ON APRIL 17, 1991 FOR UNDER~OUNDING OF A
CORNER OF ARROW ROUTE AND ROCHESTER AV~FOE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonqa has for its
consideration a Reimkursement Agreement sut~it~ by Schlosser ~orge Ccmik3ny,
as developer of DR 87-09 for the undergrounding of a portion of the overhead
utilities on the southwest corner of Arrow Route and Rochester Avenue of (UR-
12); and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has completed
said undergr~ operation; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the adjoining properties will share in the
expense of the undergrounding operation costs as stipulated in said
Reimbursement A~reement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamon~a does
hereby resolve that said Reimbursement ~3reement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimburse~_nt
A~jreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest hereto and cause said Agreement to record.
