A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAT.TFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~
FOR C~3P 88-38 AND AUTHORIZING THE FII.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WH~AS, the construction of public improvements for CUP 88-38 have
been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engir_~_r; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work o~mplete.
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of P~m~ho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~mpletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVe), and ADOPTS) this 1st day of May, 1991.
