A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

AND ~2~0915~T S~ FOR PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL MAP 7451
PREVIOUSLY A~
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 7451, located on the southwest corner of Haven
and Wilson Avenue was approved by the City Council on November 17, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Corporation of t_he Presiding Bishop of the Churc~ of Jesus
Christ of Latter-Day Saints has offered the Improvement Agreement sukmitted
herewith for approval and execution by said City, together with good and
sufficient Improvement Security. Said Improvement Agreement and Iaprovement
Security replaces Improvement Agreement and Improvement Security accepted at
the City Council meeting of November 17, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said city
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient subject to approval as to form and content thereof by
the City Attorney; and
3. That the Improvement A~3reement and Improvement Security accepted
at the City Council meeting of November 17, 1982, are hereby
released.
