A RESOI33TION OF ~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf/qO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXMCUTI~ AND
SIGNING OF PROGRAM SUPPr~ NO. 4 TO LOCAL ~flgCY -
STATE MASTER AGRk~]~flgT NO. STLPP-5420 FOR THE STATE-LOCAL
OF 19TH ~ FRC~ ARC~TRALD AVf~FtIE TO WEST OF

WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (herein-
after referred to as "Local Agency"), has for its consideration and execution
the Program Supplement No. 4 to Local Agency - Stats Master Agreement No.
STLPP-5420 for the State-local Transportation Par~p Program authorizing
re~t of State Share Funds for the construction of 19th Street from
Archibald Avenue to west of Haven Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Transportation,
District Office 8 (hereinafter referred to as "State") processes and monitors
State funded projects; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to reimbursement payment of State Share funds
for said projects, the Local Agency shall approve and execute said Program
Supplement No. 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to:
1. Authorize the Execution of Program Supplement No. 4 to Local
Agency - State Master Agreement No. STLPP-5420 for the State-
Local Transportation Partnership Program for the reimbursement
of State Share Funds for the construction of 19th Street from
Archibald Avenue to west of Haven Avenue in the City of Rancho
2. To authorize the Mayor to sign said Supplement and direct the
City Clerk to attach a certified copy of this Resolution, as
w~ll as type in the Resolution number and date in the blanks in
the third block of said Supplement and for the return of the
original copies of said Supplement to the State of California
Department of Transportation along with the certified copy of
this Resolution.
