A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~E CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TIME EXT~SION FOR ~
DESIGNATION OF A PO~UION OF ~ MY AS A PRIVATE
~ SET FORTH IN C~APTER 12.08 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE SUBJfL~ TO C~g~3%IN CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, designation of portions of O2ttc~r~ood Way as a private
street subject to certain specific conditions was approved by City Council on
Jar~m~y 2, 1991; and
WH~{EAS, the Cottonwood Way residents has requested for a time
extension of deadline from July 2, 1991 to December 31, 1991 that will provide
them sufficient time to sukmit a request for waiver to the conditions or to
comply with the conditions.
NOW, ~REFO~, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that above said time ~ion is hereby approved.
