A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(]{O
C~, CAT.TFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC I]~°ROV~PS
FOR BASE LINE ROAD AND ROCMESTER AV~I~JE TRAFFIC SIGNAL
AND SAFETY LI~ CONTRACT NO. 90-074, AND AUTHORIZING
THE F/L/NG OF A NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Base Line Road
and Rochester Avenue Traffic Signal and Safety Lighting, Contract No. 90-074,
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City ~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADO~ this 17th day of April, 1991.
