A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CAT.TFC~NIA, ACX/EFIql~G THE ~ FOR THE
CIVIC C~qTER AND PUBLIC SAFETY FACIIJTY PRO/MCT AND
AUIMORIZING THE F/LING OF A NOTICE OF CC~PLETION FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Rancho
Cucamonga Civic Center and Public Safety Facility have been cc~leted to the
satisfaction of the City; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~lete.
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby aocepted and the City Clerk is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Ccmpletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOI~I~D this 17th day of April, 1991.
