A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

FOR PARCEL MAP 5996 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTTING OF A
NOTICE OFCE~4PLETIONFORTHEW~RK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel ~ 5996
have been cc~pletedtothe satisfaction oftheCityEngineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is recovered to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, TH]~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted ard the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1991.
