CTN2AMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~ROVfI~I~TS
FOR ~R 89-10 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 89-10 have
been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is re~Hred to be filed, certifying
the work cz~plete.
NOW, ~, tb~ City Council of the City of Rancb~ Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASSHD, APPROVRD, and ADOPTHD this 17th day of April, 1991.
