A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~{O
~, CALIFORNIA, ACX/EPlq]qG THE PUBLIC IMP~0V~qTS
FOR DR 88-14 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTIING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~pr~vements for DR 88-14 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~mpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THeREFOr, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that tb~ work is hereby accepted and the City Eng~ is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1991.
