A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE I~JBLIC
FOR DR 88-13 AND AUTHORIZING THE F/T.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHerEAS, the construction of public improvements for E~ 88-13 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Eng--; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NC~, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPRDV~D, and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1991.
