A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG THE I~3BLIC ]]~°~OV]~%~S
FOR [~R 87-44 AND AUTHORIZING THE FTLTNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 87-44 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City ~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NCW, THEREFORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPRfT9~, and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1991.
