FOR TRACT 12671 TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND AUTHORIZING THE FII.ING
OF A NOTICE OF OC~4PIATION FOR THE ~RK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvem~_nts for Tract 12671
Traffic Signal have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of tb~ City Engineer;
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cu~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby aocepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Om~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASSfD, AP~, and ADOPT~ this 17th day of April, 1991.
