A RESOIArI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~
O3CAMONGA, CALIF-~IA, ACX2EPITNG ~ PUBLIC ~
FOR TRACT 11734 ;%ND AUTHORIZING THE FTT,TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 11734 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City ~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~t~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the w~rk is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~,{oletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, ~, and ADOPI~D this 17th day of April, 1991·
