A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~qCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ]~5~OV~Id~NT A~R~
EXT~IqSION AND IMP]~OV]~ SHYJ3RITY FOR DR 87-34
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba.~ for its
consideration an Im{~{ne~t Agreement Extension executed on April 17, 1991,
by ARC~4 Ltd., as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-~zay
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the west side of Archibald Avenue south of Base T.~ne Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and ~ubject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR87-34; and
WHERFAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~3reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement E~cension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
