A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF %7{E CITY OF RANCHO
C73CAMONC4%, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPrOVeMenT AG~~
EXT~gSION AND ~ SfL/IRITY FOR TRACT 13898
WHEREAS, the City (kmmncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on April 17, 1991,
by Mizrahi & Say as developer, for the .improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northwest corner of Lemon Avenue and London Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develc~ment of said Tract 13898; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accc~panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved ar~ the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
