A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COCAMONGA, C~T.T~, APPROVING IMP~0V~I~qT AGR~
EXT~SION AND IMPROV~4~T S~CURITY FOR TRACT 13440
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on April 17, 1991,
by J.P. Rhoades Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at the north east corner of Kenyon Way and Lark Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement ~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~m~_nt of said Tract 13440; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
a~ed by good and sufficient Improvem~_nt Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
