A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~{E CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPRDVING RRrN~URS~ AG~~
EXEC73TfD ON MAR~ 18, 1991 FOR THE UNDf~GRDUNDING OF A
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimburs~mm_nt Agreement sulmmitte~ by Hix Development
Corporation, as developer of Tract 13642 for the undergr~ of a portion
of the overhead utilities on Beryl Street at Traveler Drive (UR-OIl); and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has oc~pleted
said undergrounding operation; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the adjoining properties will share in the
expense of the und~ operation costs as stipulated in said
Reimbursement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Rei~kursement Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursem=_nt
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest hereto and cause said Agreement to record.
